Bugle News Update

  • John Oliver is currently: trying to aid in the spread of American Democracy in Afghanistan by shouting his distrust for Health Insurers at Afghan officials as they try to officiate the election.


  • England beats Australia 2-1 and recovers The Ashes (that's cricket for Americans who might read this). This prompts Andy Zaltzman to announce he is planning on taking a four month furlough from writing comedy to celebrate.


  • Usain Bold again proves to the world that he is faster than every other individual on the planet, especially when it comes to running the 100m and 200m races. Show off.


  • One of the most influential men in modern American culture has died of a cardiac arrest at age 50; Billy Mays. Oh and that Michael Jackson fellow too.


  • Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad "wins" reelection, prompting thousands to take to the streets across the world to protest what they consider a fraudulent election. Who could have "possibly" seen that coming?


  • Andy finally gets around to updating the Bugle Blog, more to come... well, maybe...


  • The United Arab Emirates announces the birth of Injaz the world's first cloned camel. Well it's about damn time!!


  • The Bugle releases its Hotties From History Calendar! Note that to use it though, you will have to go back and write in your events for previous months before going on with the remainder.


  • Sarah Palin's Official Moose Kill Count- 7000
Moose populations in Alaska are reaching record lows, promting Palin to issue an executive order stating all mooses within sight of the Alaskan-Canadian border are "fair game".
